Holter Technologies Off Berlin Stock Exchange List

Holter Technologies Holding AG, Calabasas, announced that its shares have been delisted on the Third Market Segment of the Berlin Stock Exchange, effective June 11. However, the shares will continue to be traded in the U.S. on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol “HOTK.”
