The San Clemente Boys and Girls Club is hosting “Safe Day USA” on Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The event, for children 6 to 18, offers summer safety tips and anger and conflict management training. Also included are a barbecue; a visit from Murrphy, the Orange County Sheriff Department’s horse; a SWAT demonstration; and games and prizes. The club is at 1304 Calle Valle.
