BREA
City officials will begin teaching representatives from Brea’s sister city of Lagos de Moreno, Mexico, how to run a municipal government through an exchange program sponsored by the U.S. Agency for International Development. Brea employees will visit Lagos to help government officials run that city, and Lagos officials will arrive next week to observe how Brea is run. The two cities have been paired for at least one year, but the program can be extended.
