LAGUNA NIGUEL

City Manager Tim Casey was recently named president of the Orange County City Managers Assn. The association, which includes the managers of every city in the county, provides professional and technical support to the Orange County Division of the League of California Cities. During his tenure, Casey will act as the representative of all Orange County city managers at the state level. He will serve as president until June 30, 2000.
