The city is inviting teenagers to a skateboarding park in Orange on Thursday. A bus will take teens from Central Park to the Block at 12:30 p.m. The event will last from 1 to 4 p.m. Participants must be at least 12 years old, going to junior high or high school and have a permission permit from their parents. They must also have a release form on file at the skateboard park. The cost of the outing is $15. Skateboards and a safety kit can be rented at the park. Information: (714) 522-6740.
