Air-Conditioning Firm Purchases Larger Facility

West Coast Air Conditioning announced that it acquired a new industrial facility in Oxnard, doubling the firm’s existing space.

The 13,774-square-foot facility was purchased from Caldwell/Mitchell Development, which was represented by Paul Farry of CB Richard Ellis in Ventura. Coldwell Banker Commercial represented the buyer.

West Coast Air Conditioning specializes in sales, installation and maintenance of commercial and industrial air-conditioning systems.
