Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc.: The Newport Beach real estate investment trust reported second-quarter net income available to common shareholders of $5.2 million, or 21 cents a share, a 56% decline from the $11.7 million, or 49 cents a share, recorded for the 1998 second quarter.
