ORANGE COUNTY EARNINGS

Centris Group Inc.: The Costa Mesa insurance company reported net income of $1.2 million, or 10 cents a share, for the second quarter. Net income of $4.5 million, or 36 cents a share was recorded for the 1998 second quarter, which included net income of $1.3 million from discontinued operations. Revenue was up 20% to $49.4 million from $41.2 million. The company said it completed the sale of its USF RE Insurance Co. unit.
