Epicor Software Corp.: The Irvine software provider reported second-quarter net income of $395,000, or 1 cent a share. Revenue totaled $66.2 million. The company said year-to-year figures were not comparable because it changed its fiscal year end from June 30 to Dec. 31, and completed its merger with DataWorks Corp. on Dec. 31.
