* Pacer International signed a 10-year, $17-million lease for 323,074 square feet of industrial space at 2700 E. Imperial Highway in Lynwood, an expansion of Pacer’s facilities at the site. Jeff Morgan and John Schumacher of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, Sares-Regis Group. The tenant was represented by Greg Gill of Matlow-Kennedy Commercial.

* A partnership that includes Entrepreneur magazine acquired the 106,000-square-foot Bristol Park Office Plaza at 2405-2485 McCabe Way in Irvine for $13.8 million from Bristol Park Investment Group IV. Burton Young and John Kiley of Sperry Van Ness represented the seller. The buyers were represented by Bob Stillwagon of Center Group.

* Boeing Co. signed a seven-year, $13.5-million lease for 370,000 square feet of industrial space at 19200 Western Ave. in Los Angeles for an airline logistical support facility. Bill Peters and John Schumacher of CB Richard Ellis represented Boeing. Landlord Freemont Associates/Reef represented itself.

* CT Realty Corp., a Newport Beach-based investment firm, acquired a 43,994-square-foot office building at 19952 Mesa Ridge Court in Sorrento Mesa, near Interstate 5 and Interstate 805 in San Diego, for $4.6 million from Equity Balance Investments Inc. CT Realty represented itself in the transaction. The seller was represented by Dan Runyon and Phil Monroe of John Burnham & Co.

* Industrial Distribution Group-California, a distributor of industrial supplies, signed a 10-year, $4-million lease for 75,000 square feet of industrial space at 6842 Walker St. in La Palma. Stephen C. Calhoun of Seeley Co. represented IDG-California. The landlord, Los Esteros Ranch Partnership, was represented by Jeff Smart of Grubb & Ellis.

* Westlake Gardens, a Thousand Oaks-based investment group, acquired a 55,756-square-foot office project at 971-981 Corporate Center Drive in Pomona’s University Corporate Center from Houston-based Regency Bank for $3.6 million, according to David Lachoff and Amy McNamara of Grubb & Ellis, who represented the buyer and the seller.

* Water of Life Community Church purchased a 46,600-square-foot former hospital and 15,300-square-foot medical office building on 14.2 acres at 7625 East Ave. in Fontana for $2.5 million from Community Psychiatric Centers for a new church complex. Gary Mullin of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer. The sellers represented themselves.

* Arce Bros., a Covina-based real estate investor, acquired a 41,105-square-foot industrial building at 550-590 E. Arrow Highway in San Dimas Center in San Dimas from Tustin-based Kensington San Dimas for $2.4 million. Randy Lockhart of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.

* Zurich American Insurance Co. signed a five-year, $2-million lease for 19,142 square feet of space at 21300 Victory Blvd. in Warner Corporate Center in Woodland Hills for the company’s new regional headquarters. Tom Specker and Scott Silverstein of Charles Dunn Co. represented the building’s owner, Nomura Warner Center Associates. The tenant was represented by Joseph F. Priola of National Realty Advisors of Chicago.

* Peter Piper Pizza, a Phoenix-based pizza chain, has signed a 10-year, $1.3-million lease for 9,600 square feet of space at 3518 Rosemead Blvd. in Rosemead. Mike Edmondson of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, Aespace America Inc., in the transaction. Jordan Simon of Venture West represented the tenant.
