‘10 Minutes’ Rates a 10

I have been meaning to write and say how much I enjoy your new “Dinner in 10 Minutes” feature. The letter from Janet Thompson (May 26) spurred me to do so. The vast majority of recipes the Food section features are so labor-intensive and high-calorie that I could never imagine making them. That is why I so look forward to that back page where we actually learn about realistic things such as low-fat cooking, quick meals, what to do with leftovers and now, Dinner in 10 Minutes.
