WESTMINSTER

Graduation ceremonies are being held today for all three middle schools in the Westminster School District. More than 850 eighth-graders are expected to graduate from Helen Stacey Intermediate, Willis Warner Middle and Dr. Russell I. Johnson Middle schools at the 2 p.m. ceremonies, held at each campus. Monday is the last day of school for the district.
