LAGUNA NIGUEL
The city’s Senior Citizens Committee will decide today how to spend extra county money to expand its transportation program. Senior residents will be provided with either an extra day of free shuttle service to the Sea Country Senior & Community Center or additional days with fewer hours of service per day. Transportation service now is offered on Wednesdays only. The expanded service will take effect July 1. Following a four-month trial period, the extended service may be continued through June 2000. The committee meets at 2 p.m. in City Council chambers, 27841 La Paz Road. Information: (949) 362-4300.
