On a very limited budget, Suzanne Hackett has achieved amazing results in introducing a new understanding and an appreciation of the arts in the everyday lives of people living in the San Fernando Valley. Planning and administering summer concerts, artists in residence and the West Valley Arts Harvest, Hackett enthusiastically explains that a lack of funding challenges you to find a solution. . . .
