It is the popular movement politically these days to make Serbia the villain in its conflict with its neighbors.

However, I cannot forget, as a veteran of World War II, that it was only the Serbs who gave support to the Allies, while the other entities within what was known as Yugoslavia gave overt support to the Nazis.

Is there some kind of statute of limitations to friendship?
