A Los Angeles judge issued a temporary restraining order Tuesday that prohibits the sale of the Bullfrogs to an Irvine-based group that wants to keep the team at the Arrowhead Pond, according to Roller Hockey International President Bernie Mullin. Mullin said he will postpone a press conference, scheduled Thursday in Anaheim, to announce the sale of the Bullfrogs from the Silver family to the Pacific Sports Hockey Group of Irvine. The restraining order was filed on behalf of creditor Tom Casey. Lilypad, Inc., parent company of the Bullfrogs, filed for bankruptcy last year, citing outstanding debts of about $327,000.
