WESTMINSTER
The regular City Council meeting scheduled for Tuesday has been postponed to March 15 because several council members are in Washington, D.C., attending the National League of Cities conference. While in Washington, Mayor Frank G. Fry Jr. and other city officials also plan to meet with federal officials to discuss the city’s funding concerns.
