A Heavy Roaster

The new “Petite Roti” roasting pan from All-Clad Metalcrafters is great for everyday roasting. It measures 14x11 inches, a good size for couples or small families (there’s also a 16x13-inch size). The handles are nicely designed for easy lifting. This heavy-duty pan comes in stainless steel or an anodized aluminum finish with nonstick coating.
