Former Prosecutor Gets Death Penalty
A once-prominent Delaware attorney and former prosecutor was sentenced to death by injection for the 1996 murder of his girlfriend, an aide to the governor. He admitted dumping Fahey’s body in the Atlantic Ocean but said she was accidentally shot by another woman.
