Ice Dogs Fall Short in Shootout

ORLANDO, Fla. —
Curtis Murphy and Terry Hollinger scored in the first period Friday night to help the Orlando Solar Bears to a 3-2 shootout victory over the Ice Dogs.
With the loss, the Ice Dogs’ record stands at 42-23-4 and they remain in second place in the Western Conference’s Southwest Division.
In the shootout, Sean Tallaire scored the only goal for the Ice Dogs. Dave Mackey and Pierre Sevigny scored for the Solar Bears.
