LAGUNA NIGUEL

The City Council last week commended Gary Andrew Tuttle and Kyle Lacy for recently attaining the rank of Eagle Scout. Tuttle and Lacy installed trail markers and directional guides in the Aliso Woods canyon area as their scout projects.
