The City Council will hold a public hearing Tuesday to determine whether the owners of a home in the 10600 block of Beardsley Circle are causing a public nuisance. The city has received letters from nearby residents complaining that the homeowners feed and shelter hundreds of wild ducks in the swimming pool and backyard.
