Bristol Retail Solutions Plans Acquisitions

Newport Beach-based Bristol Retail Solutions Inc. said it agreed to acquire Hayman Systems of Laurel, Md., and Micros of South Florida Inc., providers of equipment and services for the hospitality industry. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Bristol, which has offices in 16 cities and eight states, provides retail automation products and services.
