Regent, Beverly Hills Team Up for Development

Regent Properties, in partnership with Beverly Hills, will build a $25-million retail complex and underground parking garage in the city’s “Golden Triangle” business district. The city-owned project, which will be located one block east of Rodeo Drive, will include up to 80,000 square feet of retail space and an underground garage with spaces for 415 cars. Construction on the project site, which is now a parking lot, is expected to begin in January.
