Nutek Makes Major Management Changes

In a major management shake-up, Nutek Inc. named Murray N. Conradie as president and chief executive, replacing George Sassone, who resigned to pursue other interests.

Former Nutek chairman Rodger W. Garrity returns to the board of the Lake Forest holding company, which is involved in oil and gas production as well as development of related technologies.

Sassone had been chief executive since last June.
