SRS Names AuYeung Chief Operating Officer

SRS Labs Inc. in Santa Ana named John AuYeung chief operating officer. The company, which provides audio and voice enhancement technology, said AuYeung will continue to serve in his current position as executive vice president and secretary. He is also a director. Former chief operating officer and President Thomas R. Parkinson resigned in February to pursue other interests. AuYeung will direct the company’s Asian initiatives, including overseeing its Hong Kong-based Valence Technology unit.
