LAGUNA BEACH

Heritage Month kicks off with a free celebration Thursday from 6 to 9 p.m. at Madison Square and Garden Cafe, 320 N. Coast Highway. The event coincides with First Thursday Art Walk, a tour of local galleries. Also scheduled for this month is the Laguna Charm House Tour, a look at the city’s unique neighborhoods.
