Rep. Ron Packard (R-Oceanside) will be the honorary chairman of the South County Senior Services’ annual golf classic, May 24 at the Pacific Golf and Country Club. The goal is to raise $25,000 for the organization’s Meals on Wheels program, which serves more than 42,000 meals to homebound seniors in South County each year.
