** Inger Lorre, “Transcendental Medication,” Triple X. The former Nymphs leader recently dissed Courtney Love for allegedly copping her debauched-flower act back when each aspired to be L.A.’s underground doyenne of bad behavior. Lorre (who performs at the Viper Room on Friday) knocks Love (“She’s Not Your Friend”) on her solo debut, a lush, chaotic collection of jagged blues, grinding punk and airy pop crackling with a cynical-sensitive survivor’s spirit. Despite some sexy hard rock and a duet dirge with the late Jeff Buckley, however, this isn’t as gripping as Hole’s “Live Through This.”
