NeoTherapeutics Inc.: The Irvine developer of drugs for neurological diseases and conditions said it lost $4.4 million, or 71 cents a share, in the first quarter, compared to a net loss of $2.5 million, or 46 cents a share, for the same period last year. No revenue was reported.
