* Healtheon Corp., which processes health-care transactions over the Internet, will merge with WebMD, which provides medical information and services over the Internet, Bloomberg News reported, citing people familiar with the transaction. The companies plan to announce the merger Monday, the unnamed sources said. Executives from the companies declined to comment. Meanwhile, Atlanta-based WebMD, which is closely held, canceled plans to go public. The news sent shares in Santa Clara, Calif.-based Healtheon up $10 to close at $57 on Nasdaq.
