WESTMINSTER
The city’s Youth Committee is planning to print and distribute 3,000 Hotline Cards listing important numbers for youths to call when they have problems. The listed organizations include the Police Department, the California Youth Crisis Hotline and the Westminster Boys & Girls Club. The cards cost $300 to print, and will be distributed at city buildings and by Youth Committee members.
