Host families are needed throughout the county to take in foreign exchange students for the 1999-2000 school year, said Mary Rarick, local coordinator for the Council of Cultural International Educational Exchange. The students, who speak English and are 16 to 17 years old, have medical insurance and spending money, she said. The students attend high school and take group trips to local tourist attractions.
