A fund-raising campaign is underway for the second annual Renaissance Garden Grove program, a two-week festival to improve the city’s image with concerts, speakers and a business seminar. Through the Main Street Walkway and Tower Clock projects, people may buy an engraved brick on Main Street for $125, a Foundation tile for $500 or a clock sponsorship for $1,000.
