Global Names Rehfeld, Kear New Directors

John Rehfeld and Jay Kear have joined the board of directors of Global Telemanagement Inc. in San Juan Capistrano. Rehfeld’s experience includes serving as vice president and general manager for Toshiba America, and president and chief operating officer for Seiko Instruments, America. Kear is head of Kear Enterprises.

Victor Lundquist has been appointed vice president, secondary marketing for Tricor Mortgage Lending in Huntington Beach. He was formerly senior vice president of operations at FirstPlus direct. Lundquist also has been vice president and manager of secondary marketing at First Central Bank; senior vice president and manager of secondary marketing for Mortgage Bankers Acceptance Co.; and vice president and manager of secondary marketing for Western Empire Savings and Loan Assn.
