A Parent and Me class called Tappin’ & Tumblin’ for children 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 years old will be held Wednesdays beginning Nov. 17. Students will combine movement and fitness skills by using fun mat exercises. The class will include gymnastics, parachute games, instruments, singing and dancing. Participants will meet from 10 to 10:45 a.m. through Dec. 8 at City Hall, 25201 Paseo de Alicia, Suite 150, Laguna Hills. The cost is $28. Information: (949) 707-2600.
