Drug Estimates
Re “More Drugs Flow Into U.S. Than Estimated,” Nov. 14:
The recent revision of illegal drug production estimates will (hopefully) lead to some sanity in our federal government. As we increase our guesses of incoming drugs, we must decrease our guesses of confiscated drugs. So now we’re capturing maybe 5% of the traffic? Two percent? Perhaps we just allocate more money to the drug warriors. They have given us such good results to date!
