From Times Wire Reports

A man who fatally shot two people in a Fort Worth crack house in 1993 was executed by lethal injection in a Huntsville, Texas, prison after guards overpowered him when he refused to go to the death chamber, authorities said. Desmond Jennings, 28, refused to cooperate, so a specially trained five-man team used physical force to take him from a holding cell to the death chamber, said Texas Department of Criminal Justice spokesman Larry Todd. The execution passed without further incident, Todd said.
