The Brea-based furniture manufacturer and retailer said it lost $2.5 million, or 11 cents a share, for the third quarter, compared with a year-earlier net loss of $935,000, or 4 cents a share. Sales for the quarter ended Oct. 31 rose 12% to $35.8 million.
