The Chicago Board Options Exchange won’t change its index based on the so-called Dogs of the Dow to reflect changes in the Dow Jones industrial average announced Tuesday, the CBOE said. Although Chevron and Goodyear Tire are being booted from the Dow, they will stay in the CBOE’s dogs index for now. . . .
