Datum Inc.: The Irvine manufacturer of time and frequency products recorded a third-quarter net loss of $620,000, or 11 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $756,000, or 14 cents a share, for the third quarter of 1998. Revenue declined 3% to $25 million.
