Share

Intel said it has agreed to acquire NetBoost Corp., a privately held company whose software is used in devices that manage data traffic in computer networks. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Intel had previously invested several million dollars in the 2-year-old Mountain View, Calif., company.
