VENTURA COUNTY ROUNDUP : Thousand Oaks : Golf Tournament to Aid Housing Group

Many Mansions, an affordable-housing organization, is holding its fourth annual golf tournament Friday to raise money for low-income residents.

The tournament will be held at the Los Robles Golf Course in Thousand Oaks. Registration costs $125 per person and begins at 7 a.m. Tee time is at 8 a.m.

“It’s going to be a very festive occasion,” said Loretta St. Germain, a Many Mansions spokeswoman.

Local restaurants, such as Mimi’s Cafe, Roxy’s Deli, Noah’s Bagels and Red’s Barbecue and Grill, will cater the event.

So far, 65 people have signed up. The organization is hoping to attract 120. Call St. Germain at 496-4948 for more information.
