Panel Will Discuss Leasing to High-Tech Tenants

A panel of real estate attorneys will discuss some of the issues landlords face in leasing space to high-technology tenants.
The attorneys from the firm Allen Matkins Leck Gamble & Mallory will cover topics including credit reviews of high-tech tenants, the impact of building values, the use of letters of credit as security and the acceptance of warrants.
The 4 p.m. program, sponsored by the Los Angeles Commercial Realty Assn., will be held Thursday at the Jonathan Beach Club in Santa Monica. The cost to nonmembers is $60.
