Interlink Electronics to Sell 2.5 Million Shares
Interlink Electronics Inc. in Camarillo has filed papers with the Securities and Exchange Commission to sell 2.5 million shares of its common stock.
Of those shares, 2.1 million are being offered by the company, with the balance coming from current stockholders.
The managing underwriters for the offering are Banc of America Securities, the investment lending division of Bank of America, Robertson Stephens and Wit SoundView.
When it becomes available, a copy of the preliminary prospectus may be obtained from the offices of Banc of America Securities, 600 Montgomery St., San Francisco 94111.
Interlink Electronics makes interactive remote controls for business communications and home entertainment markets, and computer pointing devices. Its partners include Sony, Microsoft, NEC, Sharp, Toshiba, Mitsubishi and inFocus, an Oregon manufacturer of video projectors.
