RoadLink USA Inc., a new closely held company formed to try to consolidate local trucking companies that shuttle goods among ports, railroads and freight customers, bought seven businesses to begin its effort. The purchases, for undisclosed terms, consisted of one company in Northern California--Hawk Pacific Corp. of Lafayette--three in the Northeast and three in the Midwest.
