The Cleta Harder Developmental School is holding a fashion show Sunday to raise money for needed repairs, new equipment and a future building expansion.

Set to the theme “Fashion Through the Ages,” professional reenactors from the group Past Matters will model clothing from the 1800s, as well as vintage wedding dresses, school officials said.

“The best part is no one has to buy the clothes; it’s really just a big show,” said Roseann Hall, the event’s organizer.

A silent auction and raffles will also be held during the show, and all proceeds will benefit the nonprofit La Habra school, which offers education and physical therapy to adults and children with brain injuries and developmental disabilities.

The fund-raiser will be held at the Embassy Suites Hotel, 900 E. Birch St., Brea, and will begin at 11 a.m., with the fashion show starting at 12:30 p.m.
