Early risers on Friday can join a networking breakfast to honor community leaders in last month’s Measure F election.

The Chamber of Commerce will host the event, which takes place from 7:15 to 9 a.m. at the El Niguel Country Club, 23700 Club House Drive.

Members pay $10 and nonmembers are charged $15.
