LA PALMA

Sandy Chiang was honored by the Orange County Board of Supervisors for her volunteer work at the La Palma Public Library during the fourth annual County Volunteer Recognition Ceremony.

Chiang, one of 41 people honored, has volunteered at the La Palma Library for more than five years as a room decorator and translator of Chinese books.

Those honored at the ceremony represent more than 13 county agencies and departments.
