Harris to Buy Lucent Subsidiary:

Harris Corp., a communications-equipment supplier, agreed to buy Lucent Technologies Inc.’s microwave radio unit for an undisclosed amount. Shares in Melbourne, Fla.-based Harris rose 25 cents to close at $28.56, and Murray Hill, N.J.-based Lucent closed up 25 cents at $63, both on the NYSE.
